1. Acceptance

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Veratrack software subject to subscription terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensure accuracy of data entered in the system
• Use the system only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the software

4. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, software features, user interface, logos, trademarks, and documentation remain the sole property of Veratrack Technologies.

5. Service & Support

Support will be provided based on the service plan or subscription purchased. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Losses due to incorrect or incomplete data entry
• Business losses arising from Customs non-compliance
• Downtime caused by internet issues or external factors

Our liability is limited to the value of subscription fees paid for the active period.

7. Suspension & Termination

• Misuse of the software
• Non-payment of subscription
• Violation of terms or misuse of account access

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Maharastra

9. Amendments

Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued usage after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
